v1.0.11
July 7, 2026
New
- Merge duplicate clients into one record. Open the client you want to keep, choose the duplicate, and all of their appointments, sales, memberships, and packages move over to the kept client before the duplicate is removed
- Every report can now be saved as a PDF, printed, or exported to a CSV spreadsheet for the date range you have selected, right from the Reports screen
- Send to Phone now lets you choose which phone number the payment link goes to, pre-filled with the client's number, so you can send it to whoever is actually paying
- Stylists can now be set up as Salary in their pay structure, so they never accrue commission on their checkouts, no matter what commission rate is on file
- Find and merge duplicate products in one tap from the Products screen, with inventory counts added together and any missing details filled in automatically
- Quick Sale now offers Send to Phone for walk-ins with a client on file, so you can text them a payment link instead of taking their card in person
- A client's profile now shows whether they have a card on file, including the card type and last four digits when known, so you don't have to guess or dig through checkout history to find out
- Blocking off a chair or room now has a Resource-only option, so the block reserves just that resource instead of also covering that stylist's whole calendar
- Sell a gift card right alongside products and services in Quick Sale, instead of ringing it up as its own separate sale
- You can now credit any single item in a checkout to a different stylist, so a shared-login sale or an assistant's work still pays the right person
- A new Inventory section under Salon Management: set a reorder point on any product and see everything running low at a glance, plus a new Inventory report showing what's on hand and what it's worth
- A new taxable vs non-taxable breakdown in Reports separates taxed services and products from untaxed ones, ready to hand to your accountant
- A client can now hold more than one membership at the same time, like a visit pass and a retail-discount plan, each with its own vouchers and renewal
Improved
- When you add a client whose phone or email is already on file, the app now warns you and offers to use the existing client instead of creating a second record
- Clients can now have a nickname, for example Lana for Ruslana, shown in the client list and searchable when booking
- When a card is declined at checkout, you now see the specific reason instead of a generic error
- The Transactions list in Reports now follows the date range you pick, so you can view a single day or any range instead of only the most recent activity
- Stylist reports now show sales tax and card processing fees separately from what you actually collected, so it's clear exactly what makes up the total
- Setting up payments now lets you know upfront that your very first payout takes a few extra days while your account gets verified, so there are no surprises
- Importing your product catalog now picks up brand or category columns automatically, so your products come in already grouped instead of needing to be sorted by hand afterward
- Merging duplicate clients is now safer: likely duplicates are suggested for you automatically, you'll see a side-by-side comparison before confirming, and the duplicate is deactivated rather than permanently deleted, so a mistake can be undone
- When collecting cash, you can now enter what the client handed you and see the change due right on the confirm screen
- The Other payment option in Checkout and Quick Sale now shows examples like Venmo, Zelle, and house account, so it's clear what to pick
- Tapping a stylist's photo on the salon booking page now takes clients straight to that stylist's own booking page instead of the full salon menu, once the stylist has set up their personal link in Booking Settings
- Ringing up a walk-in or product-only sale in Quick Sale now gives you the same full checkout options as an appointment, including card on file, split payment, and custom charges
- Send to Phone now sits below the main payment options at checkout instead of next to Card, so it's clearer it's for texting a payment link rather than an everyday tender
- Editing a stylist's price overrides now shows their level so you can see the price you're actually changing, and you can type a percent off instead of an exact dollar amount
- Stylist Performance on the owner dashboard now has a clear line between each stylist, so it's easier to tell where one person's numbers end and the next one's begin
- The Transactions list now shows a small "+ GC" badge on any sale that was partly paid with a gift card, so it's easy to spot at a glance
- Crediting a checkout item to a different stylist now works from Quick Sale too, not just a full checkout
- Membership Plans in Settings now shows at a glance which plans get enrolled and billed and which just apply a discount automatically
Fixed
- Refunding a product sale now puts the item back in stock automatically, instead of leaving your inventory count permanently short
- Text-to-pay tip suggestions are now based only on the service and add-on amount, so a retail product or custom charge in the same sale no longer inflates the suggested tip
- Every report tab now shows stylists their own numbers only, so what you see always matches your own work instead of the whole salon's
- Checkout and Quick Sale now ask you to confirm the amount collected before marking a Cash, Check, or Other sale as paid, so a wrong tap can't close out a ticket with nothing actually collected
- Sending a new text-to-pay link now fully cancels the old one, so a client retrying on a different device can't have an old attempt still go through and mark the appointment paid without them entering any payment info
- Reports now show a Gift Cards Redeemed line so gift-card sales don't disappear from your numbers, and a ticket covered by a membership or package credit no longer shows up as a gift-card sale by mistake
- Refunding a visit that was paid for with a gift card now puts that money back on the card, and your reports stay accurate too
- Importing a product catalog that has no taxable column now follows your salon's per-item tax setting instead of quietly bringing every product in as non-taxable, and the import screen shows you the taxable/non-taxable split before you confirm
- Fixed a mismatch where a checkout screen could show product tax that wasn't actually being charged, so the total on screen always matches what the client pays
- Owners and managers can now cancel or delete any appointment in the salon, including ones on a stylist's personal calendar, instead of the change quietly not saving
- Fixed a calendar glitch where a stylist's vacation shading could spill onto the columns next to them
v1.0.10
June 23, 2026
New
- Ring up several clients on one ticket in a single checkout — even when they saw different stylists — and each stylist's commission is split out automatically
- Choose which stylists perform each service, with optional per-stylist price and duration overrides
- Unlimited-visit membership plans (like unlimited blowouts) — every eligible visit is covered, with the stylist's commission handled once per billing cycle
- Split payments — settle one ticket across cash, card, check, or multiple cards, with each card's processing fee handled automatically
- Issue refunds directly from the app — full or partial, with an optional setting to adjust the stylist's commission to match
- Add a custom one-off charge to any ticket for anything that isn't a saved service or product
- Save a client's card on file at checkout so their next visit is one tap
- Send to Phone — text a payment link to clients who don't have a number saved yet
- Per-line discounts — discount a single item on the ticket (like 20% off just the color) instead of the whole sale, with a setting for whether discounts come out of commission or the house
- Messages inbox — see your clients' text replies in one place under Settings, Clients, Messages
- Shared Device Mode — share one front-desk iPad across your team, each staffer unlocking with their own PIN (off by default)
- All-day calendar events can now block out the whole day so clients can't book over them
- Receipts — email a receipt for any sale, or share and print one for clients with no email on file — and find any past sale in a new Transactions list under Reports
- Prepaid packages — sell a bundle up front (like a set of blowouts) that clients redeem visit by visit at checkout, with automatic expiry and an automatic refund if it goes unused
- Build-your-own membership plans — stack included services, a free-product allowance, and a member discount onto one plan, bill it monthly or yearly, and get alerted when a member's card fails
- Payouts on your Dashboard — check your Stripe deposits without leaving the app (now available to managers too, not just owners)
- End-of-day Summary report — a flash/Z-out view of total sales versus what you actually collected by tender (cash, card, check, and split payments)
Improved
- Faster, simpler checkout — a step-by-step flow that asks how the client is paying first, then handles the tip
- Tapping an appointment now opens a clean full-screen view with checkout right at the bottom where your thumb is
- After you book, the calendar jumps straight to that day and scrolls to the appointment time
- Appointment colors are easier to read in dark mode
- Searchable lists for picking services, stylists, and clients — now matching anywhere in the name, phone, or email — plus a Done button on number pads and tap-anywhere-outside to dismiss the keyboard throughout the app
- Set your salon's hours in one place — it now drives your calendar, booking page, and public listing, and everyone can see each other's working hours
- Confirmation and reschedule texts now tell clients to call the salon to make a change
- Reports got a date picker — look at any date range instead of just the last 30 days
- Reports now split service revenue from retail everywhere, track membership dues, and let you tap any stylist to break out their service, retail, tips, packages sold, memberships sold, and hours
- Each client's history now shows a per-visit breakdown — service, retail, tip, and surcharge for every past visit
- Owners and managers can now set or adjust any team member's working hours, and hide salaried staff from the calendar and public booking page
- Choose exactly when appointment reminders go out — stack any combination of 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, 2 hours, 1 hour, or 10 minutes before the visit
Fixed
- Fixed the rainbow (Glasure) theme crashing the app on iPad
- Connecting Google Calendar and seeing your calendar list now works reliably on iPhone
- Fixed payment text receipts and reports showing "Stylist" instead of the team member's actual name
v1.0.9
June 17, 2026
Fixed
- Connecting your Google Calendar now works reliably
v1.0.8
June 16, 2026
New
- Multi-stylist visits — book several stylists for one client on a single visit, send one confirmation text, and check out everyone together on one combined ticket with each stylist's earnings tracked separately
- Glasure theme — an optional animated tie-dye rainbow accent that flows across buttons and toggles, switchable any time from Appearance settings
- Owners can set any stylist's pay structure — commission, hourly, or booth rent — directly from their profile
- Trusted Salon mode — owners can grant trusted team members permission to manage and edit anyone's calendar
Improved
- Appointment durations are now exactly what you set — the hidden 15-minute buffer is gone, so your calendar reflects real time
- The processing-fee split in Financial Settings now waits for you to tap Save, so the slider can't move by accident
Fixed
- Creating a membership plan no longer fails partway through
- Setting a stylist's pay structure now saves reliably instead of silently doing nothing
v1.0.7
June 9, 2026
Improved
- Settings got a full redesign — cleaner sections with room to breathe, friendlier icons, and a look that finally matches the rest of the app
- Settings are now grouped by what they actually control: your personal setup (working hours, booking page, calendar, clients) sits up top, and salon-wide controls live together under Salon Management
- For salon owners, Plans & Billing and Payment Setup now live inside Salon Management alongside your other salon settings
- Advanced features like Time Tracking and Resource Booking now switch on and off from a single tidy "Features" list in Salon Management
- Appointment text messages now work out of the box. Confirmations, reschedules, and reminders are sent to your clients automatically, including clients you brought over from your old software. You can still turn texts off for any individual client who would rather not get them.
v1.0.6
May 13, 2026
New
- Booking Requests inbox — the red badge on the Calendar tab now has somewhere to go. Tap it (or the new banner above the calendar) to see every pending request in one list with Confirm and Decline right there
- Banner appears above every calendar view (Agenda, Day, Week) when requests are waiting — auto-hides when you're caught up
- Per-client notes on the client history screen — quick free-text scratchpad for color formulas, preferences, anything you want to remember next visit
- Tap a client's name in any appointment detail sheet to jump straight to their history
Improved
- Friendlier empty states sprinkled across history and split-create flows
- Consistent status colors for warnings, success, info, and trial badges across the app
- Minor padding and spacing polish in checkout sheets and settings screens
v1.0.5
April 30, 2026
New
- Redesigned owner dashboard built around the five KPIs salon coaches actually use — Salon Revenue, Avg Ticket, Rebook Rate, Retention 90d, and Productivity
- Health Signals row — Retail-to-Service Ratio, At-Risk Clients, and No-Show Cost — at a glance, what to act on this week
- Stylist Performance ranks by quality (Rebook %) instead of just dollars, with Retail % per stylist
- Reports library with 8 detail tabs — Revenue, Stylist, Services, Cancellations & No-Shows, At-Risk Clients, Tax Report, Booth Rent Ledger, Sales Breakdown
- Tap the (i) on the Dashboard for a help sheet explaining every metric, target band, and what it means for your salon
- Period-over-period deltas on Avg Ticket and Rebook Rate — see direction at a glance
- Salon Revenue separates your P&L take from total business volume — booth-renter sales never double-count as your revenue
- Last-visit tracking on every client — powers the new At-Risk card and surfaces who hasn't been in lately
Improved
- Dashboard numbers reconcile end-to-end — payment-method totals match the leaderboard match the hero card
- Trend chart fills the whole window so empty days show as zero instead of being skipped
- Cleaner trend line — no more busy dot markers, just a smooth filled line
- Checkouts update the dashboard the same second they're saved (was previously frozen to when you opened the screen)
- "Today" and short custom windows now hide behavioral KPIs that need a bigger sample, instead of showing a noisy number
- Friendlier empty states across the dashboard — an icon and a hopeful line instead of "no data"
- Haptic feedback when you tap dashboard cards
Fixed
- Completion rate was being dragged down by future-scheduled appointments. Now matches industry convention — completed ÷ (completed + canceled + no-show).
- "Returning" count was actually counting visits, not customers. Renamed "Repeat Visits" to match.
- "Total" client count was lifetime; "New" and "Returning" were window-scoped. All three now scoped to the same period.
- Salon Revenue Trend wasn't reflecting same-day checkouts during a session. Now refreshes live.
